Emma Ractliffe is Co-founder and Head of Investments at World Within, a nonprofit tackling extreme economic concentration by investing in, and telling the stories of, community-owned projects.  Her background is in impact investing, including work with family offices and foundations deploying capital into regenerative agriculture. She previously served as COO of Sara’s Organic Food in Egypt. Emma holds a BA in Economics from Dartmouth and an MBA from Stanford, and serves on the advisory council at the Cornell School of Agriculture.
