Using the Native Land website, you can search for an address and see which Indigenous territories the address is associated with.
From there, a number of links will be provided, that will take you directly to the people, tribes, treaties, and more associated with that present-day address.
This resource can inform and guide you towards rematriating land to the people who first stewarded that land, so that they can again.
Reparations
Using the Reparations and Rematriation map that Northeast Farmers of Color Land Trust put together, you can find farmers and communities of color in need of land.
